Email is the only channel we operate — there is no ticket system, live chat or phone line. It is also the address named in the Privacy Policy for exercising your rights.
Reporting a wrong figure
A report we can act on includes:
- the state and filing status you selected,
- the gross pay you entered,
- the figure you believe is wrong, and the source you compared it with,
- your browser and screen width, if the problem is visual.
Reports that name a published source are the most useful: we check the transcription against that source and correct it when it differs.
Privacy requests
Access, correction, deletion and opt-out requests use the same address. Put Privacy request in the subject line so it is not mistaken for a bug report.
The Privacy Policy explains what can be actioned and what does not exist to delete in the first place.
What we cannot do
We cannot give tax, legal or financial advice, review your return, or tell you how to file. Anything that depends on your actual circumstances belongs with a licensed CPA or attorney, or with irs.gov.
